Hi,

I would like to make this web-page
http://cheshift.com/example/example.htmlavailable to people with
mobile devices or that do not have java installed.
The protein is coloured according to some values stored in the b-factor
column. I have download the new unstable version of Jmol, that integrates
chemdoodle web component. It seems to work ok, except that when using the
chemdoodle I don“t know how to color the protein using the b-factor values.
Is this feature available when using chemdoodle? if not, there is another
way to get the same result? like passing the values as arguments of some
function?

Thanks in advance.

Osvaldo.
