If you can reproduce the crash, please send me the profiles you
are using. I cannot reproduce it with normal ones

I plan to add support for this kind of transforms in future
releases. Right now, you could create a CMK to CMYK transform
with K preservation, convert it to a devicelink and then create
a transform of this devicelink plus ink limiting. Then you got the  
functionality in one transform.
