Any ideas on how to access the file_flags associated with a directory
entry ?   The stat buffer doesn't return this information and I can't see a way
in the public interface to get at the flags.  Unfortunately,
apple disks have resource/data forks that can only be distinguished
by the ISO_ASSOCIATED flag.   One can't use libiso9660 to extract
the data fork.
