====Noob alert====
Hello everyone,

Greetings to all

I m new member in this very active community of LUG Bombay....

I came in influence of Linux and FOSS an year ago (1st year of my college,
now in 2nd year) and now , an active member and contributor in its LUG
there(LUG manipal http://www.lugmanipal.org).

Now, after following this mailing list for more than a month a so, i think i
m ready to enter it fully
Will u people plz tell me how can i actively contribute in this LUG (coz its
of my city)....also are there any regular meetings too?...i can attend them
during my holidayz...

areas of interest: Bash scripting , python scripting, C/C++ coding in Qt
platform, GIMP worshipper, Newer distros and desktop environments in
linux(mostly in VBox), tweaking/customizations at itsvery  best (like
compiz, emerald etc.) and *new bash commands*.........

Platforms: Windows Vista SP1, Ubuntu Studio 9.04 and Hackintosh Mac OS X,
soon will be upgrading to Slackware 13....
