The corresponding functionality has been moved to
/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/init-bottom/ltsp and
/usr/share/ltsp/init-ltsp.d/*, which allows the LTSP related functionality to
be independent of using NFS or NBD for the root filesystem. This reduces the
diff between Ubuntu and Debian, and makes it easier to switch between NFS or
NBD on either distro.
