At this point, I simply wish to create a dB file in .pdb format for use with a palmOS application called SuperMemo.

As I am completely new to this, a gentle shove in the right direction would be very much appreciated.  As in: which development application do I need in order to create a .pdb file.  I use a mac running OS10.3.9.
