Hi,

it is possible to build latest SVN Mahogany with latest CVS wx? I get
an error:

I've noticed that WXDLLIMPEXP_FWD_BASE, WXDLLIMPEXP_FWD_CORE,...
identifiers has changed in wx since 2.8.7. Is this the reason for
build error? How the Windows latest binary was build?
