TOP STORY - Alltel Wireless signed an agreement with XM Satellite Radio that will allow
customers of the mobile service to access up to 20 XM channels via their wireless
phones. Alltel customers can get select channels from the satellite radio company via
the XM Radio Mobile service for $7.99 a month, the companies said.

EchoStar said its DISH Network satellite TV service netted 195,000 subscribers during
the second quarter, ending the period with 12.46 million --- Moody's affirmed Atlantic
Broadband's B2 corporate family rating in light of the cable company's $62 million
acquisition of small MSO G-Force. In addition, Moody's affirmed the company's Caa1
senior subordinated bond rating and upgraded the bank rating to B1 --- Regent
Media, an independent producer and distributor of television and theatrical motion
pictures, completed a $50 million credit facility with Merrill Lynch --- Scripps
Networks, which delivers HGTV, Food Network, DIY Network, Fine Living and Great
American Country (GAC), said July advertising revenue was up 21 percent and
affiliate fee revenue increased 20 percent when compared to July 2005 figures.
