Yes, but by whom?
The workers of a particular factory who strike before others and then
go to other factories to seek support (and maybe get it and maybe
don't)?
Students of a particular university who shut theirs down and similarly
seek support?
Or a bunch of political children whose sole strategic idea is to
always test the limits of what's outrageous and dramatic?
