The Mono Gtk# web-based documentation does not contain any reference to
the new Gtk.Tooltip and associated API, eg Gtk.Widget.TooltipText,
Gtk.Widget.QueryTooltip event, etc.  I'm using the Mono 2.2 Gtk# Windows
installer, and Auto-completion in SharpDevelop gives me the new options,
so is the Mono documentation for an older version of Gtk#? I notice that
there are no stubs saying 'Documentation for this section has not been
entered', so presumably it's not just a question of contributors?
