That was just an expression meaning that now you have to explain it convincingly.

Take a break and let your thoughts go free.  Insight comes to me when I least expect it and in the strangest circumstances.  The brain does not stop, but works in the background.  Suddenly something will appear to you and Eureka!  It is impossible to make it happen, just stay open.  At least that works for me.
