Hi Folks

There seems to be some confusion about the 4 posts a day limit and times
etc. so I thought I should provide some further clarity.

My clock runs on UK time as that's where I live.
Per day means from midnight to midnight UK/GMT time.
You can make 4 posts in this period.

If any member makes more than 4 posts within the above time I will block
all further post from that member for a period of one week.
Repeated abuse of the 4 per day rule will result in removal from MD on a
3 strikes and your out basis.

As I may not have made this clear enough in the past I will ignore all
previous suspensions and restart from today.

Please make sure that you sync your time zone with GMT and don't forget
the UK also has British Summer Time. If in doubt you could try this link:

as it should have all the info you need.
