what I have see is a hand full of nanny think babysitting is just sitting and watch the
  children and not interaction with the Children
  
  the other common issues is most of them Can't Read write or Speak the English Language
  
  
  a few of They are Disrespectfully to the parents.    
  
  
  but I am aware they are very good Nanny out their that are AAA+ and do a Wonderfully job
