*Disgraced former UK Defence Secretary Liam Fox knowingly served Israel*
<
http://www.redress.cc/global/gatzmon20111017>
Gilad Atzmon, Redress 10/17/2011
/Gilad Atzmon argues that recently-resigned UK Defence Secretary Liam
Fox and his friend, the spiv Adam Werrity, are not Israel's useful
idiots but "knew exactly what they were doing and who were their donors
... fully understood their role and willingly did what was required" of
them by Israel, and that Prime Minister Cameron and his Cabinet are
fully complicit./
A rather odious Israeli espionage mole has just been exposed in
Britain. On 14 October, Liam Fox resigned as defence secretary following
revelations about his dubious relationship with Adam Werritty. Some 17
years younger than Fox, Werrity has been involved with Fox both in
business and in the conservative Atlanticist think-tank, "The Atlantic
Bridge". While Fox was defence secratary, Werrity visited Fox at the
ministry on many occasions, accompanied Fox on numerous official trips,
attended some of his meetings with foreign dignitaries and used
official-looking business cards which announced him as an "adviser" to
Fox -- and all despite having no official government post whatsoever.
However, it has now also been revealed that Fox and Werritty were
heavily financed by the Israeli lobby and "beyond".
Writing in the the Daily Mail, Craig Murray wondered whether
Mossad was using both Fox and Werritty as "useful idiots".
"Not only was Werritty being paid to act as an unofficial part of
the defence secretary's entourage, the money was coming from people who
may have been ready to promote the interests of certain foreign
governments, particularly the United States, Israel and Sri Lanka,"
writes Murray. "While the United States is a very close ally, its
commercial and other interests are not always identical to UK interests.
Israel is not a military ally of the UK. There are often tensions
between its interests in the Middle East and the UK's interests, as in
the attack on the Gaza aid convoy which resulted in the death of Turkish
citizens. Turkey is an ally of the UK, being a vital member of
NATO.more.. <

*After Schalit, Israel likely to move (further) right*
<
http://972mag.com/after-shalit-israel-likely-to-move-further-right/25319/>
Larry Derfner, +972 Magazine 10/13/2011
/The 1-for-1,000 deal is probably the most "left-wing" thing Netanyahu's
ever done. The international community will now give him some slack,
while the settlers, Lieberman et al will cash in their chits./
The deal to release Gilad Schalit was the right decision, and
despite my lack of love for Netanyahu, I give him a lot of credit for
pushing it through. But it seems to me that Schalit's release, in
addition to being an undeniable security risk for Israelis, is going to
give the Right yet another boost, and make relations with the
Palestinians even worse, as hard to imagine as that may be.
Freeing 1,027 Palestinian prisoners, including many terrorists who
took part in deadly attacks on Israeli civilians, is the most
"left-wing" thing Netanyahu has ever done, with the possible exception
of the Wye agreement with Arafat in his first term. The right wing --
the settlers, Lieberman, Shas, much of Likud -- now have some serious
chits to cash in. Haaretz reported that during the cabinet debate, Shas
leader Eli Yishai pressed for the release of Jewish terrorists from
prison. arguing, "It's the right thing to do as part of the balances in
Israel's society," and that while it wouldn't "undo the releasing of
hundreds of (Palestinian) prisoners, it may sweeten the bitter pill."
I don't know if Netanyahu is going let Jewish terrorists out of
jail, and I definitely don't think the Schalit deal gives him the
political capital to bomb Iran, as some have suggested. Nothing would
give him that sort of capital; if Israel bombs Iran, we will be going it
effectively alone. But the deal does get the world off his back for
awhile -- the "international community" will give him credit for taking
a brave decision, for showing flexibility, for what it may wishfully,
mistakenly interpret as a "confidence-building measure" for the
Palestinians.more..

*Israel urged to clamp down on Jewish terror*
<
http://weekly.ahram.org.eg/2011/1068/re3.htm>
Al-Ahram Weekly 10/13/2011
Desecration of graveyards and destruction of olive groves are
just two manifestations of violence Palestinians -- on the West Bank and
inside Israel -- face daily from Israeli society
The Palestinian Authority (PA) as well as Arab leaders in Israel
have urged the Israeli government to "swiftly and decisively clamp down
on spiralling Jewish terror and vandalism against Palestinian targets,
including mosques and Islamic as well as Christian cemeteries", writes
Khaled Amayreh in occupied Jerusalem.
The latest call came after suspected Jewish terrorists vandalised
and defaced Muslim and Christian graves at the main cemetery of Jaffa.
Some of the graves there date back several centuries.
Other Muslim leaders, including some Knesset members, reminded
Jews in Israel and abroad that, "This is how the holocaust started."
He accused "powerful political circles" within the Israeli
government, army and police of "treating with extreme leniency the
perpetrators of such crimes.â--êoeI believe that the government of
Binyamin Netanyahu, which is the most extreme government in Israel's
history, lacks both the will and determination to stem the tide of
Jewish terror. Therefore, I expect this worrying phenomenon to continue
and even escalate."
Last week, unidentified Jewish saboteurs, believed to be
affiliated with an underground Jewish terror group in the West Bank, set
the local mosque at the Israeli Palestinian village of Tuba Zangariya on
fire. The fire gutted the interior of the mosque, burning Quranic texts
and other sacred objects. The attack was widely condemned by the Arab
community throughout Israel and the occupied territories.more..

*10 Reasons Not to Honor Israel*

Palestine Chronicle: 16 Oct 2011 - By Mahmoud El-Yousseph and Tammy
Obeidallah This list was compiled in order to dispel the hate propaganda
and blatant lies Christians United for Israel (CUFI) is being allowed to
spew at Van Buren High School near Findlay, Ohio on October 27, 2011
where they will hold "A Night to Honor Israel." This is being repeated
at other schools across our country. If CUFI was simply having a
convention of their apocalyptic ignoramuses and blind bigots at a church

determined to remain fools. If CUFI were holding a meeting with our
congressmen/women or senators, we would not bother to counter, as our
representatives are already deep within the pockets of Israeli-interest
lobbies. However, CUFI has crossed a red line when invading our public
school system to poison the minds of our innocent youth. While this
event is being held...more
