Hello, all.  In the process of investigating the major issue I'm having
with browser_req.xml which I posted to the user's list, I came across a
small possible bug.

I have edited my files in etc/openca/openssl/openssl to use a default_md
of sha1 rather tha sha256.  When I view the CSR in the RA, it displays
sha256.  When I generate the cert on the CA, the results show sha1 -
