[Openca-Users] Problems with sessions/configuring signing

I freshly installed OpenCA 1.1.1 plus the two patches on the wiki.

I went through the first steps on the web interface to setup things. But when I try to go to Configuration->Sign Config, it will ask me for the CA password, then it errors out. The stderr.log shows from the start of a new session:

Loading the login screen:

Issuing rollback() due to DESTROY without explicit disconnect() of DBD::mysql::db handle database=openca;host=localhost;port=3306;mysql_ssl=0 at /usr/local/lib/openca/perl_modules/perl5/OpenCA/DBI.pm line 900.

Loading the main page:

Entering the CA key password:

OpenCA: General error trapped 740202: [initServer:314] [ Security Protection ] Because your session changed, there might be security problems with the connection with your computer. Please start a new session to continue. at /usr/local/lib/openca/perl_modules/perl5/OpenCA/UI/HTML.pm line 271.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/etc/openca/openca_start line 65.

It does this with Firefox 12.0, Chrome and IE 9.

Any idea what is wrong that it thinks my session has changed?
