Yes it does show up twice and I don't why.

There are only two reasons I can think of where it might have something
to do on my part. The first is that I once had to uninstall OpenProtect
manually and I may have missed something. The other possibility is that
it has something to do with the software installed by ClarkConnect
Linux. Other than that, I don't know of anything out-of-the-ordinary
that I've done.
