Please try installing the Digest::SHA1 module manually using the
following steps:

   1. "cd perl" (in the openprotect package directory)
   2. " tar zxvf Digest-SHA1-2.10.tar.gz"
   3. "cd  Digest-SHA1-2.10"
   4. "perl Makefile.PL"
   5. "make"
   6. "make test"
   7. "make install"

You should not have any errors for the above steps. Now, try running the
install again. If you face any other problems in installing
Digest::SHA1, let me know that.
