You can individually update ClamAV as OpenProtect-5.0.1.7 provides only
ClamAV-0.75. Make sure clamscan binary is installed in /usr/bin/clamscan
and /var/lib/clamav contains the virus signatures.

Download the latest ClamAV and unzip it. Run the following commands
inside the unzipped ClamAV directory:

   1. ./configure --disable-clamav --disable-bzip2 --libdir=/usr/lib
      --includedir=/usr --bindir=/usr/bin --disable-milter
      --disable-clamuko --sysconfdir=/etc
   2. make
   3. cp -f /etc/freshclam.conf /etc/freshclam.conf.old;make
      install;chmod 0700 /etc/freshclam.conf
   4. mkdir /var/lib/clamav;chown -R clamav /var/lib/clamav
   5. freshclam
