Hi,

I've found a bug in oscar-config -t

Undefined subroutine &OSCAR::Utils::a_valid_string called at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/OSCAR/Startover.pm line 160.

This error is due to the fact that Startover.pm should use is_a_valid_sctring instead of a_valid_string (missing prepend "is_").

I've attached a patch, and it seems to work. (but as I'm not a perl developper, it may be wrong, so please check it).
