I've reported the following error messages (visible during oscar image creation) to CentOS (with commands to reproduce the bug).

This bug is not Oscar related and does not affect (IMHO) Oscar behaviour.

chown: cannot access `/etc/pki/tls/private/exim.pem': No such file or directory
chown: cannot access `/etc/pki/tls/certs/exim.pem': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `/etc/pki/tls/private/exim.pem': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `/etc/pki/tls/certs/exim.pem': No such file or directory
