Will it be ok if I set these two lines?

Where must I put them in?

Well, you have to run it too. But if your application doesn't create this directory, they won't appear as by magic...
But if you can't manually create sub-directories in the Simulator directory, your problem has nothing to do with PalmOS. Call Microsoft for Windows help.
