There's an FTBFS bug open on perl-RRD-Simple (#464964), though the build
failure only manifests in the presence of Test::Deep. The upstream bug
on this (RT#46193, also RT#50869) has gone uncommented for 8 months and
there has been no upstream release for 2 years.

I don't think anything in Fedora depends on RRD::Simple.
