I asked the Readdle folks how well it would handle Plucker documents.
(See http://readdle.com/) Their technical support was kind enough to
convert a few of my sample documents for me so show how Readdle would
display them. It appears that Readdle does something akin to
internally converting the .PDB to HTML and then displays the result
via the built-in Webkit (Mobile Safari). This works fine for text
documents, even those containing links, but it doesn't render many
images. Apparently it only handles 1-bit images in its current
incarnation.
I don't know if any of my documents were sufficiently long to require
the multi-page text seamless reconstruction, but I think at least one
of them probably was....
