i have put the folowing policy in quarantine-events.txt


.wmv    SIZE=-1 WMV files not allowed per Company security policy


and if i send a file having special characters in name with outlook  
express it pass over it. below i have put recording from the mail sent  
with outlook express and thunderbird:

the filename wich it was involved in this is:

Camera Cachee.wmv

there was french acute accent on first e and on the second. the last  
was without.

is there any solution to solve this except rewriting the rule into "*.wmv*" ?
