Hi All,

I found a strange situation in qmail-scanner which installed on my system.
When email sent and being process by QS, it returns following errors:

Mon, 22 Jun 2009 17:14:23 WIT:21618: +++ starting debugging for process

Mon, 22 Jun 2009 17:14:23 WIT:21618: setting UID to EUID so subprocesses can
access files generated by this script
Mon, 22 Jun 2009 17:14:23 WIT:21618: program name is qmail-scanner-queue.pl,
version 2.06
Mon, 22 Jun 2009 17:14:23 WIT:21618: w_c: mkdir
/var/spool/qscan/tmp/tomato124566566356621618
Mon, 22 Jun 2009 17:14:23 WIT:21618: error_condition: X-Qmail-Scanner-2.06:
/var/spool/qscan/tmp/tomato124566566356621618 exists - try again later...


Then I check the temp dir, and no files there

# ls -al /var/spool/qscan/tmp/
total 8
drwxr-x--- 2 qmaild nofiles 4096 2009-06-19 18:24 .
drwxrwx--- 6 qmaild nofiles 4096 2009-06-19 18:30 ..


Clamd and QS run as qmaild user

# grep User /etc/clamav/clamd.conf
User qmaild

# grep account /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl
my($qscan_account)='qmaild';

And so does qmail-smtpd run by qmaild

And this is permission setting of QS dir

# ls -al /var/spool/qscan
total 256

Anyone has idea about how to troubleshoot it ?
