Fwd: Re: Playing QT movies on a DVD Player

hey Alex ::  you've grabbed my interest..  after
lurking around the nero API site, it turns out there's
a NeroCMD interface (basically a command line
interface that can use parameter files, etc - I could
easily call this from my java app) -- plus, as you
mentioned, there is a COM wrapper that I could
exercise too...

so what you're saying is: use QTJ to create a
quicktime movie, then perhaps make use of the
MovieExporter object and export to AVI.  then use nero
(via the above methods - or some other burning
software) to burn to DVD and *poof* my QTJ movie is
playing on my TV's DVD player?   ...sound possible?

thanks again-
