[jewish-food] pearl onions

Someone posted an easy way to peel pearl onions ages ago and I finally tried it. As I remember, I think someone said to place them in boiling water for 3 minutes. I checked Julia Child and she said 10 seconds, then plunge in cold water. She's right. The skin peels right off. JudyK
