I'm getting the following when tryiing to commit an update to the corepkg
project website:

$ cvs commit -m 'Update for 1.3.2.1'
cvs commit: Examining .
vcs.savannah.gnu.org: Connection timed out
cvs [commit aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)
-=-=-END-=-=-

I'm seem to remember this working fine with previous commits. Has something
changed upstream, or am I making a blunder? Suggestions?
