[Modus Sieve] Use of MySQL for Monitoring and Sieve DBs

Has anyone attempted to use MySQL for the Monitoring and Sieve
databases? It works for the quarantine database and an appropriate MySQL
script is provided for that, however nothing is available for the other
two. This is in regards to ModusGate 4.0 build 340. Thanks.
