All,

The new server is in place.  All sites are up and running, except for
(www|wiki).systemimager.org.  We just need to tell the upgraded wiki
software to see the original wiki database, documents, and configuration.  I
am working on that now.  Please have a look and see if there is anything
(non wiki related) that I missed.
