[SLUG] On making a hotkey.

Is it possible to make a shortcut key (hotkey?) to speed up repetitive tasks?

For example---

"Go into external hard drive", "open a new file" = F3

Feeble example, I know, but I'm backing up the CD collection
and anything's a help.

I'm told it can't be done.

William Bennett.
