I have a tiger server with 10.4.2 and I am trying to get
netboot to work. The netboot service is running on the
server, and it seems to be configured correctly acording to
the documentation.
The netboot images are 10.4. I am testing with a tray
loading imac running 10.3.9. When I try to netboot, it never
gets past the globe that comes up first.
I have looked at some other documentation. The client
machine is able to get an ip via dhcp. The client is on the
same subnet as the netboot server. Would like to
netbootacross subnets when I gt this working.
Netboot was tested with an isolated switch with DHCP
configured. I am still not able to make it work.
Here is some of the server log:

I am assuming the replying to 0.0.0.0 is the client not
getting a ip. I tested this on the network and got the same
log content.
Any ideas where to go from here would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Eric Kaufmann
