Ok. I found the problem. I had deleted a project with a similar name to the project I was searching, and the working set was set to that project. I was messing with the various options on searcin, trying to get it to work and decided to edit the working set and noticed that no project was selected (the previously deleted project must have been the one selected for the working set). When I edited the working set and checked off the proper project, the search returned matches.
