I like Ubuntu very much, it works well and there are usually not all that many
problems. I do not however like Gnome, never have. I also do not like Unity,
so my Ubuntu install doesn't have them. That is quite likely the reason I
don't have many problems with my Ubuntu setup!! Don't like them? Then don't
install them, ... it really is that simple! There is zero need for 100
message garbage filled threads. It does not help Ubuntu at all and makes us
look like spoiled children, ...it sure doesn't attract users to Ubuntu.
