Assisting  Seniors with Medicare Part D Enrollment
Even  if you have PACE or  PACENET you still must sign up for Medicare D
Come  to the center between the hours of  
10:00  a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday,  get the assistance you need with the Medicare D  application
Call us for directions or to  reserve lunch  

Please share this  information with any older adults or caregivers you know
that may need  assistance with Medicare D enrollment.  This enrollment process
is very  complicated and confusing. There will be plenty of representatives
and staff  here to answer questions and complete the enrollment applications at
this  time.
