As I walked in this AM, on Delancy St. near 39th two cars had had
Their driver's side rearview mirrors vandalized.  One had been
Knocked off, the other was dangling by some wires.

Not sure what we can do about this kind of mindless vandalism,
But thought I should mention it in case a pattern is developing.
