I would recommend Cocoon 2.1. The documentation isn't too bad
(
http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/) and based on my experience with the
Cocoon book, I don't think they are that different. I am pretty sure no
one is maintaining Cocoon 2.0, so you are better off with cocoon 2.1.
