Summary: Markup inheritence doesn't reset body onload

Initial Comment:
See attached zip for a quickstart project. Click the
links in order, and you'll see that the third link
(same as first) will still have the second's onload
contribution. Both pages in the example use markup
inheritance with the same base page.
