Changes for adding log rotation.

Attached is a diff file for adding log rotation and a beginning/ending message
for the logging when using log rotation. I also moved dinfo to be with the
other logging functions.

I don't want to use logrotate because you might have WPKG on a Windows server
not Linux. I don't see how doing log rotation requires more security rights the
way I have implemented it in the script. The reason I don't want to just put a
time stamp in the log file name is that every time WPKG you get one more file
in the logging directory. This would get messy for 50 computers that run WPKG
at least every 4 hours every day!! You would quickly get 1000's of files in
your log directory.
