wpkg.js 1.0-rc5 patched with loglevels

PS: our intention was:
with loglevel=7
- only information if packages are installed/upgraded/removed (means:
ERROR/WARNING/INFO)
- no messages if nothing is installed/upgraded/removed

If you want more: just use higher loglevel(s) to get more information. For
searching bugs in your packages you can use logLevel="0xFF" or other
combination of levels in a profile or on command line to get all
possible/needed information.
