This morning I deleted two copies of elfspe (elfspe-1.1.0-1 and
elfspe-1.2.0-0) then upgraded (yum upgrade) then went back and
installed elfspe (yum -y install elfspe.  That got around the
dependency conflect.  I probably could have solveed the problem by
changing the link from the shared spe library to the older version.
