(156566 messages) Has anyone used Amazon's Kindle ebook reader with FreeBSD?
Kindle has a usb interface for up/downloading documents to/from
a computer. I wonder whether and how well that interface works
with FreeBSD and/or with OpenBSD.
Thanks

(23079 messages) So who has a Kindle (I know someone mentioned them before) how do you like
it and what do you read on it?
I just got one today and am attempting to download the NY Times (free 14 day

(23079 messages) Any idea why none of Startide Rising or the many sequels are available
in Amazon Kindle format?
I've been curious for some time why so few SF books are available for
Kindle. Only about 1 in 5 of SF books that I would like to purchase

have improved since the last time I looked but the status is odd.

(187741 messages) The Kindle2 is preorderable as of now. It looks like just a slimmer
version of the original Kindle... actually handles PDF better than the
first Kindle.
Still DRMencumbered.
